Mas bro.kasus diatas sedang saya alami.cuma masalahnya, semua cara diatas udah saya ikuti dan saya masih bingung, karena setelah direstart, pas saya periksa device manager masih ada tanda seru pada realtek audio AC92, udah saya un.instal berkali-kali, masih juga gak ilang tanda serunya, kira2 apanya yang masih bermasalah. Oh iya Errornya sound drive di barengi Errornya Lan driver jadinya gak bisa buka internet, ke2 drive yang Error sudah saya instal ulang, tapi masih belum bener juga. Since Packard Bell is not having updated Windows 8.1 drivers, the chipset driver is also not up to date. So you can try to uninstall all the device drivers like sound card, graphics card, etc and try installing the Windows 8 version of drivers from Packard bell in compatibility mode and check.
