When I set my router to unsecure the pc connects to the router without a problem, but off course i don't want my wireless to be unsecured. When I put the router to WEP security, I don't even get t the point where I have to put in my security key.

FWIW, my Win7 RC1 [build 7100] laptop correctly indicates that my wireless network is using WPA2-PSK.

What wireless card do you have? Did the drivers work out of the box or did you need to install the wireless card drivers using the Troubleshoot Compatibility function, ie.
