It does have a the LCOT card but don't recall right now if it is an 8 or 16, I would have to look at the unit. I do have the maintenance software to program the PBX and the voicemail systems. The lines coming in are phone lines from Charter.

They are basically POTS lines in a hunt group. I can plug an analog phone into the incoming lines and see the caller ID information.

But when I plug the lines into the PBX the caller id information is not coming to the phones. Caller ID for intercom calls works just fine.
