Well I cannot access internet on my laptop. When I go to network adapters, Microsoft ISATAP Adapter #3 has yelllow exclamation and in the device status it says 'The device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this this device (Code 31)' I have the same problem as Hanz2pj. Like her I cannot access the internet. I need a link to manually download the driver so I can use another computer and transfer on a data stick. I don't know what you mean by trying to install.
